In Minute No. 2: Post Preliminary Hearing the Commission advised that the glossary filed by counsel for Solid Energy Ltd would be provided to participants.

The Commission is today publishing two glossaries, which are available by email and will also be available on the Commission’s website:

• Short Form Glossary (Solid Energy). This is a short form glossary provided by Solid Energy Ltd;
• Expanded Glossary: This has more a more detailed explanation of some of the terms in the short form glossary and includes some photographs. (PDF and Word versions available only)

Where appropriate, witness statements and those giving oral evidence should use the words and phrases in the glossary.
