Explanatory Note – Amended Expanded Glossary

On 19 May 2011 the Commission published two glossaries:

• Short Form Glossary (Solid Energy):  this is a short form glossary provided by Solid Energy Ltd
• Expanded Glossary: this has a more detailed explanation of some of the terms in the Short Form Glossary and includes some photographs

The Commission has received feedback regarding the Expanded Glossary, as a result of which it has made changes, primarily additions.  That amended Expanded Glossary dated 14 June 2011 has now been substituted for the original Expanded Glossary.  It is accessible on the Commission’s website, in the same place as the original Expanded Glossary was.
